REMOVE – property tax as the primary source of income for local governments.
REDUCE – the size of government.
REFORM – the business-as-usual issues the House identified, but failed to adopt.
RESTORE – local power and authority that gradually has been usurped by Harrisburg.
RENEW – the moral traditions that made our Commonwealth the Keystone of the nation.
